SaaS development from a team that runs its own SaaS
A SaaS product is more than an app. It needs accounts and teams, roles and permissions, billing, onboarding, an admin side for your own staff, and an architecture that keeps every customer's data apart as you grow.
We know this from the inside: we build and run our own SaaS products, Vidya Chakra, LekhaChakra and Pasal POS, live and in use in Nepal. We bring that experience to the SaaS platforms we build for clients, which you then own and run as your own business.
What we build
SaaS development services
Multi-tenant architecture
Each customer gets their own workspace, with its own address, settings and data, kept strictly apart from everyone else's.
Subscriptions & billing
Plans, trials, invoices and payment collection, including local payment options where your customers need them.
Roles & permissions
Owners, admins and staff with the right level of access, and audit trails for sensitive actions.
Dashboards & reporting
Clear dashboards and exports, so customers see the value of your product every time they log in.
APIs & integrations
APIs and webhooks so your customers can connect your product to the other tools they use.
Admin & support tools
A back office for your own team to manage customers, plans and support cases without touching the database.
Is it a fit?
A good fit if…
- You're turning an internal tool or a service into a product other businesses pay for
- You're launching a new SaaS and want a team that has run one
- Your current SaaS has outgrown its first version
- You serve customers in Nepal and need Nepali language, Bikram Sambat dates or VAT rules built in

FAQ
Questions, answered
Will I own the SaaS platform you build?
Yes. For SaaS platforms we build for you to run as your own business, the code, designs and infrastructure accounts are yours once the work is paid for, set up in your name, with no lock-in.
Can you take over an existing SaaS codebase?
Yes. We start with a review of the code and infrastructure, fix what's risky first, then carry on with new features. Picking up projects mid-flight is a big part of what we do.
Can the product support Nepali language and dates?
Yes. Our own products run in Nepali and English with Bikram Sambat dates, so bilingual interfaces, date conversion and Nepal-specific rules such as VAT invoicing are problems we've already solved.
What happens after launch?
You can keep us on a maintenance retainer for monitoring, updates and new features, or we hand over clean documentation so your team can take it from there.
